Refund policy
Eligibility for Return and Refund
- We have a 7 Days Return Policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. And for items with factory defects or for any wrong items delivered, request a return within 7 Days upon receipt of package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Proof of unboxing (photos or video may be requested).
- Free gifts, sale item and samples are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products purchased outside of sorulifestyle.com website.

Original shipping costs are not refundable. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the product(s) to us.
- When returning multiple orders, each order needs to be sent separately as per return instructions.

We have the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet our return and refund policy requirements.
- Change of mind is not eligible for return/refund. All items are final sale.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or mishandling by the buyer after purchase are not eligible for return/refund/replace.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of unboxing (photos or video may be requested).
Warranty Coverage
Our service warranty is valid for 7 Days from the date of the customer’s last purchase.
Once the 7 Days service warranty has lapsed, repair services will be subject to service fees, depending on the level of repair needed.
Exchange with other items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We allow exchanged item whichever is higher or same amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@sorulifestyle.com.
Credit Card and Transaction Fees, Taxes, Custom/Import Duties, Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

Return
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an email for a return will not be accepted.
Once returns are initiated, they must be sent back to us within 30 days in our Quezon City office from Mondays thru Fridays, 10AM to 4PM only.
