How do I track my order?

You can track your order by using the tracking number we sent to your order confirmation email.

When will my order ship?

Once packed, orders are transferred for shipping. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days once received. After your order is shipped, next is Delivery Turnaround Time by region (excluding weekends and holidays will be process on the following business day). More details at Shipping Policy.

Metro Manila & GMA: 1-2 Days
Luzon: 3-5 Days
Visayas: 5-7 Days
Mindanao: 7-10 Days
Islands: 10-14 Days

How can I cancel my order?

If you’ve made an incorrect order, please email sorulifestyle@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help with cancelling your order so you can make a new one. You can cancel your order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.

Can I exchange my order?

If you change your mind after receiving your item, do not worry! Send an email  to our Customer Care at sorulifestyle@gmail.com to submit a return request with your order number and we will pop an email to you once we have reviewed it. All exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.

I received my item with a defect on it! What should I do next?

I just made a purchase and accidentally ordered the wrong item or wrong size. What can I do about it?

Contact our Customer Care at sorulifestyle@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it before it’s processed. Keep your order details handy: Providing your order number and the item information will help customer service assist you more quickly.

How long does it take to process a refund for cancelled orders?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. More details at Return and Refund Policy.
