Warranty Coverage
Our service warranty is valid for 48 hrs from the date of the customer’s last purchase.

Shipping Arrangement (Within Warranty Period)

• Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer, both ways.
  

• For provincial addresses, we can assist in creating an SPX waybill to help reduce shipping costs.
  

For Metro Manila, we prefer Lalamove for faster turnaround.

Repairs Beyond 48hrs

Once the 48hrs service warranty has lapsed, repair services will be subject to service fees, depending on the level of repair needed. Payment first basis.

Repair Rates & Lead Time

• Basic Repair – ₱350
  Estimated lead time: 7 days
  

• Moderate Repair – ₱550
  Estimated lead time: 12 days
  
  

Missing or Replacement Parts

• Missing parts can still be replaced with a fee depending on the manufacturer price and availability.
  

• Estimated lead time: 30–40 days (subject to parts availability).
